Good
enough for an anniversary party.

1 small jar of
artichoke hearts, drained
|
|
|
1 cup of mayonnaise
|
|
|
1 8-oz brick of
cream cheese
|
|
|
3 oz. Shredded
parmesan cheese
|
|
|
Chopped
onion to taste
|
|
|
|
|
|
Combine
cream cheese and mayonnaise in bowl.
Add artichoke hearts, onions and parmesan cheese.
Stir together. Pack
into oven-proof pie plate or tart pan.
Bake 15 minutes at 375 degrees.
Serve with crackers, chips or pita wedges. |
