Good enough for an anniversary party.

1 small jar of artichoke hearts, drained
1 cup of mayonnaise
1 8-oz brick of cream cheese
3 oz. Shredded parmesan cheese
Chopped onion to taste
    Combine cream cheese and mayonnaise in bowl.  Add artichoke hearts, onions and parmesan cheese.  Stir together.  Pack into oven-proof pie plate or tart pan.  Bake 15 minutes at 375 degrees.  Serve with crackers, chips or pita wedges.
